Medium/Style: digital, 2D, shaded cartoon pixel art with lineart

Notes: Tyler is one of my oldest characters, and though I didn't do it on purpose or really know it, he was often my self-insert character. which side of me he captured changed every time I tried something new, so there was never really anything consistently static about his personality. in this iteration of his existance, I had him as a fan-character from Telltale's the Walking Dead, since I really wanted to do something creative with the franchise that my life revolved around. I had him as a survivor from the downfall of Crawford, who internalized everything he was taught there and is forced to unlearn it now that he has to team up with less fucked-up people. his dog, Max, helped him kill zombies.

when I drew him and some props related to him for college at some point, one of my professors noted that he thought the "Lucille Bat" was cool. I smiled and thanked him, but truth be told, I've literally never seen the Walking Dead show or read the comics, so I had no idea what he was talking about!
