Team Sprites #2

a pixel art lineup of three skitties, a pokémon that looks like a pink cat with a pin-cushion tail. the leftmost one is sitting sternly with a harness on that places a rocky shield at her chest. the one in the middle is standing upright, wearing a incredibly pale blue bow around his neck. the rightmost one is extra fuzzy, stanced with his legs apart in excitment and wearing a blue collar with a yellow diamond on it.

Comments: from left to right, this is Truffles (she/her), Hershey (he/him), and Apollo (he/him). Rocky helmet is probably one of my favorite items in the game, and because I view Truffles as the strong, hard-hitter, I always give it to her. The idea of a cat wearing a helmet felt weird, though—would there be holes for her ears, or would they get flattened? I decided to portray the rocky helmet as more of a harness with a shield at the chest, which makes sense, as many of the hits she'd get would happen to the front of her body rather than specifically just her head.

In terms of body type variation, I had extra fun with Apollo. My logic is that teaching him electric moves exclusively resulted in him being statically charged, therefore VERY fuzzy.
