Comments: I never really have narratives where someone's suicide comes with a detailed, meaningful suicide note or something... not that I have a lot of stories where someone does a suicide current day. Michael gave his ex-boyfriend a frantic call on a payphone to basically rid himself of any lingering regret and then hung up before that could make him change his mind. the actual act of suicide is pretty impulsive, so slowing down to write a note usually stops people from doing it.
