Medium/Style: digital, 2D, shaded cartoon with lineart

Notes: this drawing of Tyler the first time I attempted to actually make something I was proud of after years of only drawing stuff that was either necessary for class or an easy doodle. it was also the last time I redesigned Tyler, as this is the version of him that exists in the series I wrote about him. thanks to this drawing, I got a lot better at drawing noses, ears, fabric folds, and hair. also, up until this point, all my artwork had been getting weird stuffy titles (like reference_13, or scene_44) because I usually couldn't come up with a good title, and with this, I just learned to not take it that seriously. I adjusted the naming conventions for everything prior to this for the sake of posting it here, though.
