Comments: there was a brief period of time where I attempted to create fanfiction, though I lost steam pretty quickly. these were from a fanfic I was making about Fullmetal Alchemist (the manga and Brotherhood), following a mixed-race Ishvalan woman named Atiya that is part of the efforts to restore Ishval post the canon story. Her companion is a salamander/lizard/human chimera she rescued from the desert on her way to Rush Valley, who she gave the name Sam. saying that I recycled these characters in my current work is a stretch, beyond the fact that there's inspiration from Middle Eastern culture and lesbian/genderqueer monster romance.
